Our Approach WatermanBurns have developed a Leadership Development Program that involves experienced industry professionals working one-on-one with executives to assist them to grow professionally. The focus of this program is on providing a focused Training, Mentoring and Coaching solution that is tailored to the individuals needs.

Training:

Training focuses on developing new skills and involves facilitated sessions on specific business acumen subjects including strategy development; business planning and execution; organisation development and effective communication.

Mentoring:

Mentoring involves transferring knowledge and experience through advice and guidance. It requires a close personal relationship to be developed that engenders trust and respect.

Coaching:

Coaching is all about developing the individual to their full potential. Using Neuro-Semantic methodology our coaching program takes the individual through incremental changes in performance (what they do) to evolutionary change in behaviour (who they are) and finally to transformational change where they can make a paradigm shift in their outlook on life.
What's involved The program involves regular one-on-one sessions of one to two hours over a four to six month period. Telephone and email support is also provided.

The program creates a confidential non-threatening environment for the individual to discuss and work on developing their skills and addressing any specific development areas. Behavioural diagnostic tools may be used to assist with the process.

What does success look like At the end of the program the individual will have grown in areas of self awareness and relationship skills; will have learnt and tested specific tools and techniques in the areas of business planning, organising and controls and will have measurably improved their business confidence and leadership capabilities.
